Northwest Resources uses comprehensive treatment approaches that are evidence-based to produce results: MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy), Interactive Journaling, 12-Step group sessions, individual sessions, and family sessions.

The type of counseling provided by all staff is chemical dependency counseling in the areas of assessment, intervention, treatment planning, family support, aftercare, and re-entry.

The methods and techniques the counselors use include individual and group counseling, education in chemical dependency and recovery, family supportive counseling, aftercare and discharge planning and auriculotherapy. We work with adolescents in an outpatient substance abuse treatment setting. Payment is on a sliding scale based on income, among other factors.
